Empowering Pediatric Cancer Patients and Families with Compassion and Support
COLE HENDERSON
Cole, meaning ‘Victory,’ inspires our mission. His life, though brief, motivates us to help families navigate and overcome the challenges brought about by cancer.
Cole’s Victory Lap is a charitable organization who’s main goal is to make the journey of pediatric cancer more bearable for the children, families, and caregivers battling these awful diseases. We provide ‘nacks, drinks, sheets and professional photographs to these families at Prisma in Greenville, South Carolina and MUSC Shawn Jenkins Children’s Hospital in Charleston, South Carolina.
We believe that the small things really are the big things because we have seen the smiles these efforts have produced. And when you are a parent watching your child fight for their life, being poked and prodded daily by needles and instruments, and generally just feeling “yuck”, you rejoice and praise when you see your child smile.
Your support will bring smiles, comfort, and memories to families fighting right here in our backyard. It will also continue the drive to provide a permanent space that will be a refuge for families fighting these awful diseases.
